How it started
In 2021 I started working remotely with companies in the United States. Since then I’ve kept a construction company in Massachusetts consistent on social media, helped a law practice in Vermont stay on top of its daily admin, and supported a business consultant who helps other owners run their operations.
I learned something fast: these owners weren’t short on ideas or talent. They were short on time. Every unanswered email and unsent invoice was stealing hours from the work only they could do.
Why I founded Gaia Support
In 2025 I traveled to the US and saw the same thing everywhere: brilliant business owners doing their own scheduling, invoicing and posting at midnight. I founded Gaia Support to give them what bigger companies take for granted, a reliable right hand.
I’m a business owner too, so I know what it feels like to wear every hat. My job is to take the hats you shouldn’t be wearing.
How I work
I keep things simple: one point of contact (me), a short recap every Friday, and no surprises on your invoice. I’d rather tell you a task will be done Thursday and deliver Wednesday than promise Tuesday and miss it.
Bruni
“Their professionalism, communication, and ability to work independently have made a real difference in how efficiently we manage our day-to-day operations.”
