Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Gaia Support (“Gaia Support,” “I,” “me”) collects through gaiasupport.com and while working with clients, how it’s used, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, email me at bruni@gaiasupport.com.

Information I collect

• What you send me. When you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, business name and website, and anything you write in your message.
• Information shared while we work together. As a client, you may give me access to accounts, documents and contacts so I can do the work you hire me for. I use that access only for that work and keep it confidential.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. The site may use cookies that are needed for it to function.

How I use it

I don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask to join one.

What I never do

I don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who I share it with

Only with the services that help me run the business, such as website hosting and business email, and with people who help deliver your work, who are bound by confidentiality. I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry details for as long as I need them to reply and follow up. If you become a client, I keep work information for the length of our work together and for as long as needed for business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you by emailing bruni@gaiasupport.com. I’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I’ll honor them.

Security

I protect information with two-step verification on business accounts, a password manager for shared logins, and access limited to what each task needs. No method is 100% secure, but I take it seriously.

Children

This website and my services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
